Description: This recipe comes from my sister, Sarah Caswell. This is great banana bread. I love it toasted with butter and a little cream cheese.

Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350°
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c softened butter
2 eggs
1/3 c water
1 1/2 c mashed bananas
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 2/3 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl or Kitchen Aid add sugar and butter and cream well. Add eggs and water and mix well. In separate bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda and the salt and mix together well. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture and mix well. Add bananas and nuts and mix well. Pour into greased, bottom only, loaf pan. Bake 55 min @ 350° or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of bread comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pan then turn out of pan on to wire rack to finish cooling.
