Description:
This Aioli recipe is execellent. we use it as a dipping sauce for our fried calamari with spicy banana peppers. Its also really good with a steamed artichoke or a dollop on top of you tomato soup.

Ingredients:

4 C mayo 
1/2 c lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp garlic
1 c olive oil 1 tsp salt
2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
Directions:
  1. In table top blender (food processor) add mayo, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, white pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Blend all ingredients together until blended. Add olive oil and blend until mixture is smooth and oil is absorbed.
